Service
Cart Stalker provides Shopify merchants with storefront session, cart activity, abandonment, traffic-source, device, and approximate location analytics. Merchants are responsible for using the service in accordance with applicable law and their own customer disclosures.
Account and access
Access is tied to an authorized Shopify store installation. You must keep your Shopify account secure and must not attempt to view or access another merchant's information. Cart Stalker does not require a separate account or password.
Billing
All currently advertised Cart Stalker features are provided without a subscription or usage charge. Any future paid functionality will use Shopify-approved billing and will be presented with separate pricing and terms before a merchant is charged.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the service or its security controls.
- Use collected information for unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory purposes.
- Attempt to access another merchant's store or data.
- Upload malicious content or reverse engineer protected service components.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change when needed for security, legal compliance, merchant experience, or compatibility with Shopify's platform.
Termination and data
You can stop using Cart Stalker by uninstalling it from Shopify Admin. Store data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's mandatory deletion workflow.
